Where we ship

EVA Wellness currently ships to valid addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Any available shipping option and its charge will be shown before you place the order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 7–20 business days after dispatch. Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, high demand, and destination conditions may affect delivery, so estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several days to begin showing movement after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins, and customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Multiple packages and delivery issues

An order may arrive in more than one package. If tracking shows a delivery problem or your order is significantly delayed, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
